This is your chance to look for gold and other minerals.

Had a lovely afternoon canoeing with Paul. Having never sat in a canoe before, Paul was patient and informative. Learnt so much out on the river and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go again.

1.	 Statement of Risk - Gold Panning / Canoeing are assumed risk activities, with exposure to hazards.  As a participant make sure you are happy with the risks involved in participation and feel empowered to ask questions from your guide. You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  Be aware that the experience is of a strenuous and adventurous nature. By booking you acknowledge such risk and therefore accept the need for responsible behaviour, including listening to and following safety instructions.

2.	We suggest a minimum age 6 years for Gold Panning.   The minimum age for canoeing is 16 years. 

3.	If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable the guide reserves the right to cancel the experience. We will reschedule or a full refund will be given.

4.	All medical conditions that could have an adverse effect on a participants ability to safely complete the experience must be reported at time of booking or to the guide before the start. The guide reserves the right to stop an individual taking part if a medical condition cannot be managed effectively during the experience.

5.	Participants must have suitable clothing and footwear for the conditions.  Barefeet and flip flops are not suitable.  Trainers, wellington boots, water shoes or similar must be worn.   For canoeing shirts must be worn under buoyancy aids.  The guide reserves the right to stop an individual taking part if clothing is not appropriate.   See joining instructions for more information.

6.	No child (under 18) can participate without an accompanying parent or legal guardian.

7.	   There is no need to bring your own equipment.  All equipment will be provided.

8.	Participants remain responsible for their own actions. There is no personal accident cover.

9.	All fees must be paid in full before taking part in the experience.

10.	No refunds or reschedules are given for late arrivals or no shows.

11.	Unless stated otherwise any images taken by the guide during the Experience will be shared via social media and may be used for promotional purposes.

12.	Gift vouchers must be used within 1 year of purchase and cannot be refunded.

13.	We cannot guarantee that you will find any gold or precious stones during your experience.

14.	Any gold or silver found belongs to the Crown and therefore should be thrown back in the stream.  Any other minerals / crystals found in the stream within reason may be kept.

15.	Dogs are not permitted.
